How to request a refund
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Square. To request a refund, contact our support team through the site and include your order details. You can also find every order on your Purchases page.
Rejected placements
If a sponsored article or ad creative is rejected by our safety review and cannot be published, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 30-day window.
