Ali G Turns Noel Gallagher’s Oasis Return Into a Comedy Target

Oasis may be back, but Ali G isn’t offering Noel Gallagher a warm welcome. According to NME, the comic character takes aim at Gallagher’s return with the band and tries to have him removed from a cinema, turning the reunion into material for a distinctly unflattering welcome-back routine.

The gag leans on age and the long stretch between Oasis chapters, casting the comeback as something to ridicule rather than celebrate. That’s Ali G’s comic framing—not a factual timeline of Gallagher’s career—and the attempted cinema ejection adds another layer of indignity to the roast.
