Atlas Sound is back after a lengthy silence. Bradford Cox has released a new song, “Octoberland,” marking the project’s first new music in 15 years, according to Consequence.
That gap makes “Octoberland” a notable return in its own right. For listeners who have waited for Cox to revisit Atlas Sound, the song offers a new entry in a catalog whose next chapter has been a long time coming.
Why it matters
“Octoberland” ends a 15-year gap between new Atlas Sound releases.
