Westside Gunn Announces Heelmatic With a Pyramid-Side Statement

Westside Gunn has announced a new album, Heelmatic, with “Zilla” serving as its lead single. According to Pitchfork, the track’s presentation includes Gunn rapping while riding a camel in front of the Great Pyramid—an eye-catching way to introduce his next project.

The location gives this opening move an unmistakable sense of scale. For now, “Zilla” is the entry point to Heelmatic, pairing the album announcement with an image built to grab attention before listeners have the full record in hand.
